Microsoft OneDrive
Overview
Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud-based storage solution that provides staff with a secure and convenient way to store, access, and share files from any device. All District staff have access to OneDrive accounts, which are pre-installed on all District-issued Windows computers.
Storage Allocation
The storage available to staff depends on their assigned Microsoft Office licensing level:

A3 License Users: Receive 100 GB of OneDrive storage.

A1 License Users: Receive 500 MB of OneDrive storage.

OneDrive Features
OneDrive offers the following features to enhance productivity and file management:

Automatic Syncing: OneDrive is configured to automatically sync the contents of the Desktop and Documents folders on District Windows computers. Files in these locations will be available on every computer a staff member logs into, eliminating the need for manual backups.

File Access Anywhere: Files stored in OneDrive can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

Web Access: Staff can access their OneDrive files online by visiting onedrive.com and signing in with their District credentials.

Secure Sharing: Staff can securely share files and folders with colleagues, with control over viewing and editing permissions.

Version History: Allows users to restore previous versions of files to prevent data loss.

Mobile Access: OneDrive is accessible via mobile apps for iOS and Android devices.
