- Manage District on-call emergency services, respond to emergency situations 24-7
- Manage and effectively respond to maintenance-related SchoolDude work orders
- Maintain and repair all existing facilities
- Maintain preventative maintenance program on a large variety of equipment
- Plan and manage capital improvements and deferred maintenance at District facilities
- Establish District standards for new and existing sites
