Thank you for stopping by! School facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and will always receive priority. District facilities are available for community use when the activity is consistent with the district's best interest and does not interfere with the regular conduct of District programs. Since school district financial resources are limited and community use of facilities can result in significant costs, the district may recover some or all of these costs under Education Code Section 38134.

 

The Capistrano Unified School District accepts facility use requests through our Community Use System. This system allows you to create an organization, enter requests for after-hours facility use, upload insurance requirements, and view current facility rental fees.

We ask that Facility Use Requests are submitted at least ten (10) working days before the requested date, along with the required insurance certificate and evidence of non-profit status. Submitted requests route directly to site administrators for review before routing to the District office for final approval and permit issuance.
