Early Start Program
Our Early Start Program is designed for children birth to three. The Birth to 3 Program is a federally mandated Early Intervention program (Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act - IDEA) to support families of children with solely low incidence disabilities, including Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Orthopedic Impairment and Vision Impairment.
The Capistrano Unified School District offers an Early Start Program for children who reside within the district. The Early Start Program is to enhance the development of the infant/toddler while supporting his or her family. For our children ages 0-3 with a low incidence disability, an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) is developed to identify services.
Below you will find the program brochure which shares more information about our Early Start Program.
